A succulently sweet white blend of Traminette, Riesling, Vidal Blanc, and Seyval Blanc. This wine is expressive of fresh fruit aromas and flavors of peaches, nectarines, and apricots.

How to Best Enjoy White Caps

White Caps is a very versatile white wine and is best paired with both hard and soft cheeses. Other pairings that work well include cured meats and spicy foods.

This wine is a wonderful option for beginners. Most people have a hard time with dry wines upon starting which is why the sweet, stone fruit flavor of White Caps is a nice starting point.

White Caps is a sweet wine meaning if served too warm the sweetness will overtake the mineral qualities. Serve it at about 45F to 50F to maintain the best acidity and freshness.

Fill a glass ⅓ of the way and have fun swirling your White Caps. This will allow the wine to aerate and bring out the complex aromas. The wine should be chilled and is perfect over ice with sparkling drinks as a spritzer.

When serving you can either put the wine in a fridge or a cooler but watch it to make sure you don’t get it too cold as this can mute the flavor. After drinking it is imperative you re-cork and refrigerate the wine to preserve it.

If refrigerated properly White Caps can last you upwards of 3-5 days.
